To join it requires:

NO Req on Factions.
Be Activë: 3 days offline = kick, Except if you told us the reason of your inactivity
Be friendly: be friendly to other members, and try to avoid and stay out of any drama in Alliance Chat or Guild Chat.
For the new ppl we require also good knowledge about the game and donating.
Having a 600/smite monk is also very very good^^
