We all mostly know what it is, but it seems not many of the members of the guild actively do it, and that faction dropping is showing that. Whether people are not doing it because it's boring or don't know how, I do think we need to get more people up and going into it. I put in at least 100K a day. If learning the routes, builds, and such is the problem then we need to set something up. A day or time there will be someone there with the spare time to teach someone, I have no problem myself teaching people, but alas I am not always on or have the spare time too. So a few more "teachers" would be helpful. Just take a few days out of the week and set up a time when people should expect to be taught. We just really need to get the faction back up there. We were close to 10M, now we're dropping below 9M. D; This is mainly a message for Bee, but I feel everyone should be a part of it.
